PROGRAM NOTES:
- “Starting at” rates; additional costs may apply
- Rates applicable to existing customers with water features cleaned by Liberty Ponds in the last calendar year; new customer memberships may be subject to additional charges due to Deluxe Drain & Clean costs

- Additional charges applicable for water features with depths of over 2.5′
Service Visits Include:
- Clean and maintain filtration systems
- Rinse and wash filter mats
- Remove debris from the pond and filter
- Fertilize potted marginals or lilies
- Perform water treatments as needed
- Observe fish health
- Test water quality as needed
- Remove or treat for string algae
- Maintain pump functionality
- Maintain proper water levels
- Trim plants for healthy growth
- Add beneficial bacteria
- Resupply treatments in the dosing system
- Maintain the IonGen System
- Maintain any additional UV or canister filters
- Reseal waterfall rocks as needed

Deluxe Drain & Clean
- Drain, rinse, and clean the pond.
- Remove fish from the pond and store in sanitized holding tanks.
- Remove pond sludge, excess debris, and leaves
- Clean and power wash the entire pond or water feature.
- Clean up or cut back plants for healthy growth
- Observe fish health.
- Inspect the lighting.
- Clean and vacuum skimmer and Biofalls filters.
- Service and clean filtration system and pumps.
- Reconnect pumps after servicing.
- Inspect water quality, pump, and filters
- Make any recommendations for improvements or repairs.
- Educate on cleaning and year-round pond care. If Necessary
- Provide findings report.
- During a drain and clean, the pond will be drained, rinsed and the refill started. Customer will be responsible for turning water off.
